Key Responsibilities Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly, relatable, and professional manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. Act as an empowered team member, utilizing decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with blithequark, balancing empathy for customer needs with an understanding of the business's bottom line. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met, contributing to the continuous improvement of blithequark's services and products. Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers to contribute to the team's success and the growth of blithequark. Role Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, demonstrating a strong background in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Access to a consistently stable internet connection, ensuring uninterrupted service to customers.
