You will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly, relatable, and professional manner, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. A passion for and understanding of the e-commerce industry, with knowledge of customer needs and preferences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
