Role Overview As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to create a hassle-free shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting our team in building a loyal customer base. You will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly, relatable, and professional manner, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported. Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with our brand and drive customer satisfaction. Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, finding solutions that benefit both the customer and blithequark. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and products. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. A passion for and understanding of the e-commerce industry, with knowledge of customer needs and preferences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
