Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time temporary basis. As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our brand, and your goal will be to provide personalized support to our customers, answer their questions, and help them navigate our website and products. Key Responsibilities Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, providing personalized support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with our brand and drive customer loyalty. Demonstrate empathy and understanding of our customers' needs, while also being mindful of the business's bottom line and making decisions that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that the needs of our customers are being met and that we are continuously improving our products and services. Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) set by the Customer Success Manager, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction targets. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer loyalty. A passion for and understanding of the blithequark brand, our customers, and our products, with the ability to communicate our value proposition and unique selling points to customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to take ownership of customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a strong understanding of the shopping journey and the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support our customers and drive business results.
