About the Role: Remote Customer Success Advocate In this exciting and dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through chat-based support. With the flexibility to work from anywhere, you'll use cutting-edge digital tools like Facebook Messenger to communicate directly with customers, addressing their needs and providing personalized support. As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via our digital platforms, answering their queries, guiding them through our products or services, and fostering positive relationships that drive long-term loyalty and growth.
