Key Responsibilities As a Customer Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Learning about arenaflex's history, products, and services, as well as the foodservice industry, to provide informed and effective solutions to customers Providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions to customers through phone, live chat, and email, with the goal of delivering an excellent customer experience and driving business sales Ensuring that customers have the most complete and up-to-date information about the status of their orders, and partnering with other departments to support both the customer and the company Using best practices to analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions within our business model Fostering a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence, both within and outside the company Being flexible and adaptable to change, and taking initiative to ensure that arenaflex remains a leader in the online food service industry Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A desire to learn and grow, with an internal drive to succeed and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conversational fluency in English and proficient typing abilities Ability to work on a team and independently, with a concern for helping others and doing the right thing by them Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with innovation and the ability to challenge the status quo A college education (preferred but not required), and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience (preferred but not required) Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection, with a dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Cable or fiber internet connections, with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds Access to a home router and modem, and a valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.) Desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc. Legal residency in one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY) What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive compensation, with a rate of $25.70/hour (including a $0.70/hour remote work stipend) A competitive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental coverage (including telemedicine), 401k match, paid parental leave (based on tenure), and more Opportunities for growth and professional development, with in-depth training on our products and services, and opportunities to collaborate and connect virtually across teams and departments A focus on work/life balance, with a flexible and supportive work environment that encourages employees to thrive and succeed Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
