As a remote employee, you will enjoy the same training and support as our on-site colleagues, with opportunities to connect with team members from across the country. **Job Summary** As a Customer Solutions Specialist (Remote), you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email. You will work closely with other departments to support both the customer and the company, using best practices to analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions within our business model.
