Job Overview This fully remote position, with the exception of initial training, offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, dispatching technicians, and performing various administrative duties. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and accurate assistance, while also providing a positive experience that reflects the arenaflex brand. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and accurately Dispatch the correct technician to each job, taking into account qualifications, geography, and customer preferences Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring seamless communication with customers and technicians Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating versatility and flexibility Collaborate with service technicians and various customers, from residential to commercial, to provide exceptional service and support Other duties as assigned, showcasing your ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our company's values and mission. The essential qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with previous dispatch experience being a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, including evenings and weekends Ability to work from home efficiently, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Preferred qualifications include experience in plumbing, electric, and HVAC, as well as previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
