A Day in the Life of a Customer Services Representative at arenaflex As a Customer Services Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that values diversity and promotes a culture of belonging. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending 2 days in our office in Watford and 3 days working from home, providing you with the flexibility and autonomy to manage your workload effectively. Key Responsibilities: Providing safe and accurate technical support and guidance to customers using arenaflex Diabetes products and services in an efficient and timely manner Giving support directly to patients as well as arenaflex personnel and other Health Care Professionals Resolving technical queries using an array of troubleshooting tools Ensuring all details are recorded within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database Exceeding customer expectations when handling and resolving inquiries Always striving for first contact resolution and offering a world-class service Gaining in-depth Therapy and Product Knowledge, understanding Call Management and Quality Management as well as Troubleshooting Required Knowledge and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both verbal and written. You should be able to remain calm and demonstrate resilience during pressurized situations, and be computer literate with experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM system. You should also be able to effectively multi-task, navigating between programs to access customer data and input text whilst providing real-time care instructions. Basic to intermediate level math skills are required to assist customers with their vital statistics.
