Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Trainee. As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Research and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or mail, using proper etiquette, grammar, and punctuation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including claims processing and subscriber information Operate office equipment, including personal computers, calculators, copiers, and fax machines Make corrections to claims and eligibility, and enter new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into the mainframe Review subscriber coverage to determine type and level of benefits Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least one year of customer service experience in a business environment that requires the use of a computer program to assist customers. Preferably, this experience will be in a call center or dental-related field. You will also need to complete a customer service simulation test with a minimum score of 62 out of 100, unless you have previously passed the test or held a similar position at blithequark. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year of customer service experience in a business environment Successful completion of the customer service simulation test (minimum score of 62 out of 100) Ability to work in a remote environment and participate in hybrid training Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or dental-related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment Training and Development As a Customer Service Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive hybrid training program, which includes both on-site and remote training sessions. The training schedule is as follows: On-site training: Weeks 1, 2, 6, and 7 Remote training: Weeks 3, 4, 5, and 8 This training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in your role and provide exceptional service to our customers.
