This role will require you to conduct virtual or in-person orientations. * Care Support Specialist I: guide patients and caregivers through their home care journey while ensuring that our patients receive the care they need and feel heard and cared for. **Ideal Candidate Profile** We're looking for individuals who possess: * **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations, empathize with customers, and solve problems. Ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue. Passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening, and patience. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide empathy and compassion to our patients and caregivers. * **Soft Skills**: Good listening skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work well in a team. * **Problem-Solving**: Ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure. Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with eager customers comfortably, defusing and de-escalating frustrated callers successfully. * **Time Management**: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
