**Experienced Customer Service Support Representative – Remote Client Billing**

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently, providing product education, and handling a wide variety of questions with a world-class customer experience. **About the Role** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM, working closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to resolve denied claims, provide product education, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll be responsible for: * Following approved SOPs to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims * Continuous evaluation of current policies and SOPs, providing recommendations for process improvements * Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner * Reading and understanding explanation of benefits or correspondence * Documenting all activity made to a claim * Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients * Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * The ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace * Excellent time management and productivity skills, with the ability to work independently * Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus * Technical requirements include: + Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second + No satellite internet + Ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with an Ethernet port) **Why Join blithequark?** As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy: * The flexibility of working from home * Generous paid time off * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options * Flexible Spending Accounts * 401k and Employee Stock Purchase plans * No Charge Lab Testing * Fitness Reimbursement Program * And many more incentives! **Schedule and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00. The application window closes on 9/11/2024. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
