About the Role: Supervisor, Customer Service (Fully Remote) We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Supervisor, Customer Service. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision of our Customer Service team, with a focus on driving member and provider satisfaction, retention, and growth through the efficient delivery of competitive services. Key Responsibilities: Develop, motivate, evaluate, and coach staff on work procedures, proper call handling, and teamwork to deliver excellent customer service. Be visible and available to staff to answer questions, monitor calls, and provide ongoing feedback that fosters growth and improvement. Utilize available incentive programs to reward, recognize, and celebrate team and individual successes, promoting a culture of achievement and appreciation. Assess individual and team performance on a regular basis, providing candid and timely feedback regarding developmental and training needs, including the completion of monthly and annual scorecards. Monitor all performance measures such as daily stats and schedule adherence, allocating resources to meet volume and performance demands effectively. Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with constituents and internal business partners to ensure excellent lines of communication and to share resources that meet common service center objectives. Remove barriers to job performance and ensure regulatory compliance, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Attract, select, and retain high-caliber, diverse talent that can successfully achieve or exceed business goals, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Build a cohesive team that works well together, fostering an environment of teamwork, respect, and open communication. Act as a liaison between staff and other areas, including management, all segments, provider teams, etc., communicating workflow results, ideas, and solutions effectively. Essential Qualifications: 3-5 years of Call Center Experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving team performance. 1-3 years of Supervisory Experience in a highly transactional organization, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. 1+ years of data analysis experience working in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create charts and pivot tables from raw data, and to interpret data insights to inform business decisions. High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a reliable computer setup that meets our technical requirements, including the ability to work with a direct Ethernet connection. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and QuickBase, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies. Project Management experience, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to achieve specific goals and objectives. LEAN Six Sigma methodology and experience, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. Education: A High School Diploma is required, with a preference for candidates who have pursued higher education or have relevant certifications in customer service, business administration, or a related field. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $40,600.00 – $75,000.00 per year, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
