Job Overview As a Customer Service Submission Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls from customers inquiring about firearms, providing high-quality service, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer paperwork prior to submission. This role is critical in validating customer information and providing a seamless experience by reviewing and resolving documentation issues with a high degree of attention to detail. You will be scheduled to assist consumers with the registration of their devices and will work closely with customers to resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times to validate and review paperwork using screen-sharing software. Submit accurate paperwork for further review and update and maintain customer account information as needed. Identify and resolve document issues by validating information, determining the root cause of problems, and providing appropriate solutions. Expedite corrections or adjustments as necessary and rebook appointments if needed to address document issues. Multitask efficiently, managing multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously. Maintain a dependable schedule for customer appointments and ensure prompt and reliable service to all customers. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives, accessing company and client resources as needed. Navigate online efficiently and skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions and be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience. At least 1 year of previous call center or office background experience. Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors. Previous remote work from home experience is a plus. The ability to type 35 words per minute accurately and strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective time-management skills and the ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional. A demonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service consistently. Proficiency with screen-sharing software and general office technology. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment. Knowledge of firearms or experience working with firearms-related products. Experience with data entry and record-keeping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Customer Service Submission Specialist at arenaflex, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $14 per hour, plus shift differential (extra $1 per hour for nights and weekends) and the possibility of an increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance. You will also receive paid training, which is 1 week in length, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
