Key Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Stable internet connection with speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. A secure and dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and interruptions. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of inventory management, technical support, or sales principles, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas. Experience with customer service software, such as CRM systems, chatbots, or helpdesk platforms. Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, are also essential. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary, starting at $15.80 per hour, with three automatic raises in 12 months, bringing your pay to $17.00 per hour.
