About the Role: Live Chat Customer Service Specialist In this exciting role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to both existing and potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards, with a minimum availability of 10+ hours per week. Maintain a reliable internet connection and have access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions. Collaborate with the customer service team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations.
