Your key responsibilities will include: * Working with customers on a daily basis to build and maintain strong business relationships * Utilizing fact-finding sales methods to customize blithequark programs and services to meet customer needs and identify new business opportunities * Ensuring accurate account setup, maintenance, and closure of all customer account information * Handling customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, following our customer complaint resolution policy * Performing soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due, as well as some cash handling **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills * Strong organizational skills, including typing and data entry experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on team building and developing positive relationships with colleagues and customers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access * US citizenship, permanent residency, or authorization to work in the United States * No requirement for sponsorship for an employment visa **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * Strong adaptability and flexibility **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills and career.
