Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails, prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Essential Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with using computers and keyboarding skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace, ensuring that you can work effectively in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a remote or call center environment. Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar technologies.
