Using our self-scheduling platform, you will have the freedom to select when you work and when you don't, allowing you to balance your work and personal life with ease. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days a week, giving you the flexibility to set your schedule within those hours. **Essential Functions:** * Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner * Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized service * Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in your responses * Help customers change travel plans, including modifying or canceling reservations * Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary, including flight, hotel, and rental car details * Process refunds and resolve any issues related to travel cancellations or changes * Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records **About You:** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
