These behaviors support our purpose and empower our colleagues to make a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients.
