Key Responsibilities As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a professional and courteous manner. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions to their issues. Offering expert knowledge of CVS products, services, and policies to customers, ensuring they receive the support they need. Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales growth. Maintaining thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends, enabling you to provide informed support to customers and stay ahead of the curve. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and qualifications. We're looking for candidates who: Essential Qualifications Have previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a keen eye for resolving customer issues efficiently. Are able to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and a high degree of self-motivation. Are proficient in basic computer applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously, with a strong technical aptitude. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training being a plus. Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure seamless customer support. Preferred Qualifications Have experience working in a healthcare or pharmacy environment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances. Possess advanced technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer service technologies. Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
