Job Overview We are seeking professional, client-driven individuals who are experienced in providing top-tier client care to join our team as a Resolution Coordinator, Contact Center Operations. As a key member of our contact center, you will take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners, navigating multiple systems to support responding to questions and resolving issues. Our ideal candidate is someone who can convey professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all suitable resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners in a timely and professional manner Navigate multiple systems to support responding to questions and resolving issues Convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing Utilize all suitable resources to ensure customer satisfaction, including troubleshooting and resolving issues Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to type at least 25 WPM Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) High school diploma or GED Successful completion of obligatory training Customer service experience Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Skill and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
