Job Summary blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the San Antonio, TX area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, balancing your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and options Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Provide solutions to help simplify the healthcare experience for our members Collaborate with colleagues to resolve member issues and improve the overall customer experience Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications High School Diploma or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of healthcare experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop their careers.
