As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and more. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience * Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Provide personalized support and guidance to members, helping them navigate their healthcare options * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies, procedures, and best practices * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and member satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * At least 6 months of healthcare experience **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new systems and software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
