About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in supporting our commercial and public sector clients. You'll handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information to customers across the country. Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our clients' brands, and we're looking for talented individuals who can deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints Provide product information and position products and services to customers Utilize state-of-the-art contact center technology and customer experience methodology to deliver exceptional customer experiences Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers Escalate customer dissatisfaction and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling Candidate Qualifications We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team. To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation A customer service-oriented mindset (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) The ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage Strong team orientation and customer focus While not required, having one year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment is a plus. Work Environment This is a Work from Home opportunity, and you'll be required to have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+) and a dedicated workspace.
