You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, helping our members better understand their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their healthcare experience. **Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing personalized support and guidance every step of the way * Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Help members better understand their coverage and options, providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience * Develop strong relationships with members, building trust and confidence in our services * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and governmental regulations * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Familiarity with healthcare industry and pharmacy benefit plans **Work Environment and Culture** * Work from home flexibility, with approved internet speed requirements and secure workspace free from distractions * Comprehensive training program, including on-site training and self-paced modules * Collaborative and supportive team environment, with opportunities for growth and development * Flexible scheduling options, with days off and hours varying to support business needs * Opportunities for advancement, with career mapping guide to support professional growth **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate, with pay range of $17.00 - $27.90 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Fully-paid term life insurance plan and short-term and long-term disability benefits * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year * CVS store discount and discount programs with participating partners * Free development courses and education assistance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
