Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional billing support to customers via inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries. Determine customer needs and offer personalized upgrade and add-on service recommendations to enhance their overall experience. Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC) by actively listening to customers and addressing their concerns. Accurately and completely code sales transactions, adhering to client requirements and company standards. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company processes and policies to provide informed support to customers. Essential Qualities and Capabilities To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualities and capabilities: Clear, confident, and professional communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers. Understanding of "client call flow" and the ability to manage client needs effectively. Assertiveness to promote additional products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Empathy and a genuine desire to assist and prioritize customer needs, ensuring a positive experience. Tenacity to understand and deliver on customer needs, driving long-term loyalty and retention. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Telemarketing experience, with a proven track record of success in promoting products and services. Familiarity with company processes and policies, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures. Technical Requirements To work effectively from home, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor (dual boot machines, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited). High-speed wired Internet connection (no WiFi) with a minimum download speed of 10 mbps and upload speed of 3 mbps. A hard-wired telephone and headset (softphones and cell phones are not permitted). A USB headset with microphone (Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands recommended). Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, or 11 on Windows 7, 8, or 10 (certain client programs may require specific versions of Windows). Microsoft Security Essentials for Windows 7; Windows Defender for Windows 8 or 10 (other security software may be incompatible).
