About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities Model and deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, friendly, and professional. Register sales on assigned cash register and provide customers with efficient and accurate checkout services. Engage with customers and patients by greeting them, providing assistance with products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Model and promote customer support best practices with all team members, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional and memorable. Customer Experience Provide personalized support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. Recommend products and services to customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, providing a positive and lasting impression of arenaflex and our commitment to customer satisfaction. Operations Provide customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional. Recommend products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant items. Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting payment and distributing change as required. Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, taking inventory and maintaining records as required. Implement company asset protection methods to minimize losses and ensure compliance with national and local laws and regulations. Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale products, completing resets and revisions as directed. Assist with the separation of food items, product placement, and inventory rotation, using the first-in, first-out method and restocking items as required. Provide technical support and assistance with store systems and equipment, ensuring that all technology is functioning correctly and efficiently. Assume responsibility for net pickup duties, monitoring orders, filling orders, and providing customers with their purchases in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained. Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues and customers. Training and Personal Development Attend training sessions and complete PPLs as requested by management or assigned by corporate, ensuring that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in your role. Essential Qualifications Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex, with a strong understanding of our company culture and values. Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
