If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong work ethic, and are looking for a flexible work schedule, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Providing personalized support and guidance to members to ensure they receive the best possible care * Handling a variety of client and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client inquiries * Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * At least 6 months of healthcare experience **Work Environment and Culture** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule, with the option to work from home.
