You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience * Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients * Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Offer solutions to help members navigate their healthcare experience * Learn about healthcare and expand your own experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within blithequark **Work from Home Opportunity** We offer a flexible work-from-home schedule, allowing you to balance your priorities and work in a comfortable, distraction-free environment. This includes: * Onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks * Hands-on learning with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1 * Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and work-from-home positions **Schedule and Flexibility** We offer full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week, with days off and hours varying based on business needs.
