You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience * Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients * Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Offer solutions to help members navigate their healthcare experience * Learn about healthcare and expand your own experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within blithequark **Work from Home Opportunity** We offer a flexible work-from-home schedule, allowing you to balance your priorities and work in a comfortable, distraction-free environment. To be eligible for this opportunity, you must: * Maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements * Have a secure workspace free from distractions * Successfully complete our comprehensive training program * Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements **Training and Development** Our comprehensive training program is designed to ensure your success on the team. This includes: * Onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks * Hands-on learning with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1 * Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and work-from-home positions **Schedule and Flexibility** We offer full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week, with days off and hours varying based on business needs. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. **Required Qualifications** * 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * At least 6 months of healthcare experience **Education** High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred **Application Process** Our application process is simple: 1.
