You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. You'll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience - Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients - Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** - 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience - Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications - High School Diploma or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** - Associates degree or equivalent experience - Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner - Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life - Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards - Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence - Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism - Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills - At least 6 months of healthcare experience **Work from Home Opportunity** We offer a flexible work-from-home opportunity for those who meet the criteria.
