Comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including special projects and initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. You'll also need to be highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Essential Qualifications: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications: At least 6 months of experience in a retail environment. Previous experience working with Walgreens or a similar retail pharmacy chain.
