As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, whether they're booking a flight, checking in for a flight, or resolving an issue. **What You'll Do** As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues, including: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat channels * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Making reservations and confirming flights using our semi-automated business review environment (SABRE) and Qantas Intelligent Keypad (QIK) * Checking in premium passengers for their flights and verifying their admission to our clubs and lounges * Tracking flights for boarding schedules, delays, or disruptions to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service * Issuing customer tickets and resolving travel difficulties as soon as possible * Canceling passenger reservations that have been requested * Prioritizing customers and resolving their issues in a timely manner * Escalating complex customer issues to our premium services team * Maintaining accurate records of customer issues in our passenger name record (PNR) * Coordinating services for our elite customers, including Concierge Key and Five Star members * Assisting customers with their luggage and providing support with technology available in our clubs and lounges * Maintaining the appearance of our lounges and clubs, including conducting walk-throughs and ensuring that food and beverages are available to our customers * Supervising the activities of our business partners who provide services to our clubs and lounges * Reserving meeting rooms and coordinating services for gatherings held in our conference rooms * Completing opening and closing procedures for our clubs and lounges * Responding to escalating customer issues or concerns * Performing liquor inventory audits and monitoring our KeyStar system to ensure that suitable services are provided to our clients **What You'll Need** To succeed as a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: * A GED or high school diploma * The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently * Some locations may require bilingual language capabilities * To pass an FAA criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) * To obtain proper airport authorization and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable * Exceptional customer service and customer involvement skills in a hospitality setting * The ability to operate under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and provide excellent customer service * Strong salesmanship and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to connect effectively with all levels of management and the general public * Self-motivation and a high level of professionalism * The ability to attend training sessions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas * Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred * A neat and professional appearance * Outstanding communication abilities * Previous experience in the travel business is preferred * Experience with computers is preferred * Excellent organizing and administrative skills * The ability to work irregular and/or long hours, including weekends and holidays * The ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace **What We Offer** As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * A dynamic and supportive work environment * The chance to work with a leading airline and make a real difference in the lives of our customers * A comprehensive training program to ensure your success * The flexibility to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support to travelers, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
