Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously, with a strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools. Comfortable working independently in a virtual, remote environment with minimal supervision.
