You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner * Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues * Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies * Manage and overcome objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries **What We Offer** * Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr * Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST) * All technical equipment needed to be successful to work remotely * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Medical, dental, and vision benefits + Paid training and PTO + Advancement opportunities: 80% of our frontline leaders have been promoted from within + Additional pay incentives and monthly rewards & recognition programs + Employee Discounts + EAP & Health and Wellness programs, including a personal trainer dedicated to arenaflex **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities * A driven and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and meeting goals * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools * Experience in customer service and sales * High school diploma or equivalent **Requirements to Work from Home** To ensure a seamless and productive work-from-home experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work * Excellent Internet connectivity: + Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems * A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app for company communications **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's engaging, inclusive, and supportive.
