Document patient interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up. Identify and address patient concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1 year of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry. General PC knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting. Knowledge of healthcare benefits, insurance, and pharmacy operations.
