Job Overview As a WDW Resorts Customer Support Contractor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from Walt Disney World guests or cast members who wish to make reservations for lodging, dining plans, tickets, air, packages, or ask general questions about these areas. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued, heard, and supported throughout their interaction with us. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist existing and new WDW guests, matching their wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World products and services. You will be the face of our company, representing arenaflex and the Disney brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a smile. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and reservation support to WDW guests via phone, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, friendly, and efficient Handle inbound calls, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Make reservations for lodging, dining plans, tickets, air, packages, and other Disney products and services, ensuring that all details are accurate and complete Offer knowledgeable and personalized recommendations to guests, helping them to plan their dream vacation and create lasting memories Work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment, managing multiple calls and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Capabilities of Top Candidates To be successful in this role, you will need to possess outstanding problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to manage stress and work under pressure.
