We're committed to helping our employees achieve their full potential, and to creating a culture that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused * Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
