Your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results * Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless customer experiences * Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives * Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks * Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment * Working in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures * Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs) **Our Operations Workflow** Our operations workflow is divided into three major components: * **First Mile**: Where products are housed and ready for order * **Middle Mile**: Where orders are hauled to your area * **Last Mile**: When products are delivered to the customer's door While our workflows may vary slightly across different locations, our commitment to customer satisfaction remains constant.
