However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of hours you work. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives. **Application and Certification Process** To become a blithequark Customer Service Representative, you'll need to complete the following steps: * Complete an application to join blithequark Nation * Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee) * Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement * Complete a W9 form * Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program **Program Metrics Requirements** Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details. **Availability** As a blithequark Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST.
