These include: * **Self-provided computer or laptop**: You'll need a computer or laptop that runs a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years. * **Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications**: You'll need a headset that meets our specifications, to ensure clear and effective communication with our customers. * **High-speed internet connection**: You'll need a high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps. * **Satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted**: We require a stable and reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with our customers. **Training Schedule** Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday, to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin your six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
