You'll be responsible for: • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with poise and professionalism • Personalizing the experience for each customer, understanding their needs, and resolving issues efficiently • Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless customer service • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends • Working a set schedule and structured day, with opportunities for advancement across the entire arenaflex network **Compensation and Benefits** • Starting rate: $15.00 per hour • Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years • Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave • Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Who We Are** arenaflex is a leading retailer that takes shoppers on a journey of discovery, exploring new products, and experiences that enrich their lives. These include: • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) • A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported **Training Schedule** Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
