Experienced Customer Service Representative - Total Loss Claims Specialist for Exceptional Policyholder Experience

This position is responsible for assisting customers with our claims process related to total losses, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our policyholders. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative - Total Loss Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers who have experienced a total loss. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to provide empathetic and professional support to our policyholders during a challenging time. You will be responsible for assisting customers with new and existing claims via telephone, processing letters to those involved in the claims process, issuing payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors, and adjusting losses for a variety of claims with the exception of bodily injury. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in the arenaflex brand Assist customers with new and existing claims via telephone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Process letters to those involved in the claims process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Issue payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors, adhering to company policies and procedures Adjust losses for a variety of claims with the exception of bodily injury, utilizing your knowledge of insurance principles and practices Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including claims adjusters and underwriters, to ensure a seamless claims process Stay up-to-date with industry developments and company policies, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, as well as previous customer service experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be working with customers, claims adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve claims and provide support. A previous insurance background is a plus, but not required. After hire, you will be required to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain your license, with comprehensive training provided by arenaflex.
