Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Team Lead to join our team, working remotely from anywhere within the U.S. As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, and resolving complex issues related to Medicaid benefit plans and healthcare services. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in guiding our team to deliver outstanding results and improve health outcomes for our customers. Key Responsibilities Taking inbound calls and providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns Researching and providing referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to Medicaid eligible consumers Utilizing a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility and provide accurate information to customers Offering additional information, such as phone numbers or addresses, to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization Completing administrative tasks as assigned to support the Care Coordination team Leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and performance metrics Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of customer service experience working in the insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology sector Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs Preferred Qualifications Familiarity working with Financial Health Technology Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role Strong knowledge of Medicaid benefit plans and healthcare services Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to understand multiple services and benefit plans for Medicaid Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
