About the Position The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in supporting arenaflex's vision of providing every customer with the best experience every time. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering questions, resolving tax issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including live chats, emails, and phone calls. Your expertise and knowledge will help us to build trust with our customers, resolve complex issues, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve tax issues for both internal and external customers, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions. Collect delinquent taxes through the use of multiple collection tools, ensuring that you are always up-to-date with the latest procedures and regulations. Interact with customers via telephone, email, live chat, in person, and written correspondence, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns. Analyze customers' reasons for calling and recommend process improvements, helping us to refine our services and enhance the overall customer experience. Utilize your communication skills and multiple computer systems to multi-task and manage multiple priorities, ensuring that you are always meeting the expectations of the position. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or high school equivalency certification, as well as six or more months of experience in clerical or general office support work. You will also need to have proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, we are looking for candidates who have experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $33,914.40 - $36,627.60 per annum, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including a defined pension plan, generous amounts of leave and holiday time, and eligibility for health insurance coverage.
