Your key responsibilities will include: * **Assessing customer storage needs**: Work with customers to understand their storage needs and make recommendations, including offering packing and moving supplies. * **Managing daily storage unit inspections**: Conduct daily inspections to ensure that storage units are clean, secure, and ready for rent. * **Managing cash drawer and making daily deposits**: Balance the cash drawer and make daily deposits, while also ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and secure. * **Providing exceptional customer service**: Deliver exceptional service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * **Maintaining a clean and safe environment**: Keep surfaces and high-touch areas clean, including sweeping, mopping, debris removal, and wiping windows. **Qualifications** We're looking for a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
