Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other relevant travel details, ensuring that customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions. Process refunds, vouchers, and compensation requests as needed, ensuring that customers receive fair and timely resolutions to their issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers, working together to resolve issues and provide exceptional service. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze issues and provide personalized solutions.
