Key Responsibilities Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials Guide customers through the ordering procedure online Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries Collaborate with external shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. You should be highly motivated and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
