Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a remote setting. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving their inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will also perform data entry tasks accurately and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
