Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: Handling Customer Inquiries : You will field customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Providing Excellent Customer Service : You will provide excellent customer service through active listening, working with confidential customer information, and treating it sensitively. Resolving Issues : You will aim to resolve issues on the first call, being proactive and communicating effectively with customers. Technical Skills : You must be able to type 25 wpm, have a comfort with desktop computer systems, and be able to navigate Windows operating systems. Work from Home Requirements To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet Connection : You must have a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps, with an ISP that has no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of Internet Speed : You must be able to provide proof of your internet speed. Clean and Quiet Workspace : You must have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
