As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all our customers. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, and we are immediately hiring for this role. Job Overview This role requires a flexible and reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. You will be working 30-39 hours per week, but may be required to work additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or parting with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional support and care Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer understanding Provide our customers with technical support when navigating arenaflex's website, ensuring that all customers can easily access the resources and information they need Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional support Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and a ability to quickly learn new systems and software Hardwired broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable or fiber to home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload contracted speed, ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free of distractions (i.e. barking dogs, television noise, music, children, etc.) and be able to devote full attention to the customer during work hours, ensuring a professional and distraction-free work environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional support Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline in a home-based work setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to proactively identify solutions to customer queries and issues Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to proactively identify solutions to customer queries and issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline in a home-based work setting Strong technical skills, demonstrating proficiency in computer and web-based tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
